Bingo: OAP finds porn on phone

One of the supposedly saucy images Carol found on her new phone

A NORTH Wales mobile phone shop is bracing itself for a consumer rush after a pensioner found free porn on her new mobile phone.

Carol Lowndes, of Rhyl, says she paid £450 for the HTC Incredible S smartphone and was shocked to find 150 ‘indecent’ images stored on it when she tried to change the screensaver.

Among the gallery of stills were images of a woman, her face clearly identifiable, indulging in sex acts. Less excitingly the phone also contained pictures of soldiers on exercises.

Now the Rhyl phone shop where Carol struck the porn jackpot is preparing itself for avalanche of sex-pectant customers, keen to get their sweaty palms on a top of the range mobile ready loaded with free porn.

The shop has reportedly admitted to Carol the ‘manager’s special’ had slipped through the net – and the phone extras weren’t intended for the high street market.

The 63-year-old said: “I contacted the store and someone there told me it must have ‘slipped through the net’.

“What I can’t understand is how a brand new phone can have anything on it. I spent £450 on what I thought was completely new only to find this.”

Carol added: “What if my partner’s grandchildren had seen this?”

A teen psychologist told WNN: “It depends how old the grandchildren are. If they are young then they probably wouldn’t be interested but anything over the age of 13 they would probably think it’s hilarious and be very keen to show it off to their friends.”

A friend of Carol’s, Bill Murray said there are also serious questions that need answering: “Questions do need to be asked as to how a seemingly brand new phone could contain this. It doesn’t bear thinking about if this phone was bought for a child or came into the hands of a terrorist.”

An MI5 source told WNN it is unaware of any terrorist plots involving high tec phones phones carrying pornographic images but was always willing to worry about any possible terrorist threat, no matter how unlikely.
